This used GEA Hysep MD 53C mobile decanter unit is a self-contained sludge dewatering system, engineered for industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. The decanter features acid-proof duplex stainless steel construction, making it suitable for aggressive or corrosive sludge streams. It uses a Viscotherm Rotodiff hydraulic back drive system for precise torque regulation. The entire system is mounted inside a 20' insulated container, complete with piping and wiring, allowing for plug-and-play operation.

Included are a Kiesel monopump, Polyblend flocculant dosing unit, flow meter, sludge pump/sludge conveyor, and a control panel with frequency converter. All components are connected and mounted on a skid within the container for quick deployment and minimal setup.
